PERSISTENCE TOUR 2013
Mit STICK TO YOUR GUNS ist das Line-Up der “Persistence Tour 2013″ heute vervollständigt worden. AngefĂĽhrt von den Hardcore-Legenden HATEBREED, die im Januar zudem ihr neues Album “The Divinity Of Purpose” auf den Markt schmeiĂźen, wird diese Tour im Januar Deutschland, Belgien und die Niederlanden niederwalzen. Das sollte sich kein Fan der härteren Gangart entgehen lassen!

YOUR DEMISE
Nachdem sie bei der Show in Hannover an Halloween als “Scheichs” verkleidet und geschminkt die BĂĽhne betraten, mussten sich YOUR DEMISE nun mit Rassismus-VorwĂĽrfen auseinandersetzen. Reagiert hat die Band darauf mit einem umfangreichen Statement als Entschuldigung und der AnkĂĽndigung, Spenden, die in den nächsten sieben Tagen bei den Organisationen Love Music Hate Racism und Unite Against Facism eingehen, aus eigener Tasche zu verdoppeln.
Das Statement:
“A lot has been said about us in the past 48 hours, in response to our Hallowe’en costumes. We have been accused of being racists, an abhorrent label which we want to fight against, because we have never and will never be racists or intolerant of other cultures. We as a band have spent the last few years touring all around the world, meeting fans from as far afield as Indonesia, Japan and Thailand, and enjoying not only the support and hospitality of the people of these countries, but also the diverse cultures on offer.
We did not intend to offend anyone with our costumes, and they were not put together with any malice or ill intent. However, we absolutely acknowledge that we were insensitive not to think twice about what we were doing and the potential offence that we could cause.
In a nutshell, we were silly boys being silly boys, but we now wish to treat this situation with the level of maturity and respect it deserves. Rather than just issue an empty apology, we want to put our money where our mouth is. We have contacted Love Music Hate Racism ( lovemusichateracism.com ) and their sister charity Unite Against Facism ( uaf.org.uk ) to set the ball rolling on a fundraising campaign.
What the response to this incident has shown us, is that racism and prejudice are clearly very important issues to our fans and the music scene as a whole, and so we will match every donation over ÂŁ1 with ÂŁ1 across a 7 day period, with the total raised to be split between the aforementioned charities. We are still in process of setting up the relevant official donation pages, but we will post details here asap.
Rather than allowing this negative situation to fester further, we are looking to turn this response into something positive and constructive, because racism is absolutely something that should not be tolerated. Actions speak louder than words, so rather than berating us with insults and accusations you can help us make up for our mistake and hopefully make a bit of a difference in the process.

Die amerikanischen Hardcore-Veteranen HATEBREED haben heute das Cover ihres neuen Albums “The Divinity Of Purpose” enthĂĽllt. Verantwortlicher KĂĽnstler ist Eliran Kantor, der unter anderem schon fĂĽr SODOM und TESTAMENT gearbeitet hat. “The Divinity Of Purpose” wird in Europa am 25. Januar ĂĽber Nuclear Blast erscheinen.

Nachdem es in den letzten Wochen schon auf etlichen Seiten zu lesen war, ist es nun auch von Veranstalter-Seite offiziell: HATEBREED werden die Persistence Tour 2013 headlinen, auĂźerdem am Start sind die New York Hardcore Urgesteine AGNOSTIC FRONT.

“It`s official: HATEBREED are confirmed as 2013’s EMP PERISTENCE TOUR headliner! After six years we will finally bring them back on Europe’s biggest and hardest festivaltour. HATEBREED are just recording their new album which will be out before the tour in January 2013.
Also NY’s heroes AGNOSTIC FRONT are on board again. They will join the package and serve you their great Oldschool Hardcore. AGNOSTIC FRONT are just touring Europe together with TAKE OFFENSE and THE MONGOLOIDS – support them while they´re in your area.

Die Hardcore Band HUNDREDTH hat ein neues Video zum Song “Weathered Town” veröffentlicht, das man sich hier ansehen kann.

HELL ON EARTH TOUR
Das finale Line-Up der “Hell on Earth”-Tour 2012 ist nun komplett. Das Package, das so brutal ist, dass sogar die Hölle es wieder anspuckt, wird von keinen geringen angefĂĽhrt als von Powerfrau Candace Kucsulain und ihren Jungs von WALLS OF JERICHO, die nach den wenigen Shows der Persistence Tour im Januar nun erneut nach Deutschland kommen, um euch gewaltig in die Ă„rsche zu treten. Supportet werden sie dabei von der Bostoner Hardcore-Maschine DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR, HUNDREDTH und BETRAYAL. AuĂźerdem sind verschiedene Special Guests fĂĽr einige der Shows eingeplant.
